Modern Reef PRECISION Reference Solution 250ml

Precision is a professional, highly accurate reference solution produced in Modern Reef laboratories for all reef aquarium automated testers and home test kits. It can be used to check the accuracy and to calculate a correction factor or to calibrate for the parameters below. Perform a measurement following the respective test instructions using this reference solution. Use a clean syringe if needed. Compare the measurement result (measured value) with the target value (target value) in the list for the relevant parameter indicated on the bottle. If the values match, then the test is OK. If the values do not match, determine a correction factor for the test: Correction factor = target value / measured value. Future results from your aquarium sample measurements must be multiplied by this correction factor. Repeat the check regularly every 2–4 weeks and when the reagent lot is changed.
