Oceans Of Life Absophos

ABSOPHOS is a highly efficient iron-based porous filtration medium in pellet form. It quickly absorbs phosphate and silicate. It´s pH neutral and can be used in both Salt and Freshwater. Used in a filter bag and placed where ín a high flow area, for optimal filtration use a fluidized bed reactor, the beads should lie still and not tumble. Measure phosphate regularly during use and change ABSOPHOS when the medium is saturated and phosphate levels begin to rise. High absorption capacity: approx. 1.99mg/g. WARNING: Do not consume, keep out of reach of children! Rinse ABSOPHOS in RODI water before use. Grain size approx. 2 mm. Directions of use: 40ml / 100L salt water or 40ml / 200L fresh water.
